(一)邀請負責不動產贈與及繼承登記業務的地方政府機關進行宣導，幫助新住民了解辦理這些業務的相關程序。
(二)聘請孰悉公平交易法的專家講解公平交易法，及多層次傳銷、不當廣告等消費陷阱和案例解析，並和學員進行座談。
(三)播放宣導短片、講師解說、互動問答，以生動活潑之方式進行課程。
